Help mee bij het bekladden van muren in het museum!

In het Museum voor Moderne Kunst Arnhem staat in een hele grote zaal een gigantisch kunstwerk. Het leuke ervan is dat alle vloeren en wanden beklad worden! Met teksten als ‘killroy was here’, ‘Ajax’, ‘life is what happens between making plans’. Soundbytes, titels, kreten, namen, het kan allemaal. Wil je mee kladden geef je dan nu op!

Praktisch:
De opbouw zal plaatsvinden op 20 t/m 23 en 26 t/m 30 mei en 2 juni t/m 6 juni, van 08:30 – 17:00. Wij verwachten geen enorme creativiteit, gewoon lekker kladden. Je bent natuurlijk vrij zelf te bepalen wanneer, hoe vaak, en hoe lang je komt. Alle kleine beetjes helpen. Wij kunnen geen vergoeding bieden, maar wel een kijkje in de keuken van een museum en een bijzondere ervaring met het meewerken aan een kunstwerk.

Achtergrondinfo:
14 Juni zal in het Museum voor Moderne Kunst de tentoonstelling Carried Away – Procession in Art (13 juni – 21 september) openen. Een van de kunstenaars waarvan wij werk hebben opgenomen in de tentoonstelling is niemand minder dan Thomas Hirschhorn! Zijn werk The Procession uit 2005 is een enorm omvangrijke installatie, en vereist nogal wat voorbereiding, en opbouw-werk. Een belangrijk onderdeel van dit werk is een met de hand beschreven marmoleum vloer/muur van 180 vierkante meter!
